About You
- You are fiercely independent, profit-motivated, and confident in what you deliver.
- You’ve been thinking for a while about whether you should go out on your own, calculating in your head what you would have made last year if you’d taken the lion’s share of your billings.
- You have at least 3 years’ experience in 360-degree agency recruitment.
- You have a loyal bank of clients, willing to follow you wherever you go.
