  • You are fiercely independent, profit-motivated, and confident in what you deliver.
  • You have at least 3 years' experience in 360-degree agency recruitment.
  • You have a loyal bank of clients, willing to follow you wherever you go.
  • You have a proven history of billing over $100,000/year (or local equivalent).
  • You are happy with self-motivating in a remote work environment.
  • You build your shortlists the hard way, by headhunting passive candidates.
