The Role We are seeking a visionary, dynamic, and highly experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our gaming technology platform. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CTO will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s technological vision, strategy, and execution. This position demands a leader who can drive innovation, manage a high-performing tech team, and ensure the platform’s scalability, security, and reliability. Skills/Requirements 10+ years in technology leadership roles, preferably in tier one global technology firms Proven track record of successfully leading technology strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment. Deep understanding of technology stacks, APIs, and third-party vendor integration. Strong knowledge of software development, architecture, and system integration. Excellent project/program management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen. Experience with cybersecurity best practices and ensuring data privacy and compliance. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy to support the business goals and objectives.
