We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to join a well established digital solutions company based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. £35,000 - £40,000 - hybrid working - Immediate start!

Daily Responsibilities
- Developing new features and enhancements for their platform
- Building modern frontend applications using Angular and React
- Contributing to backend development, using C#
- Working on bespoke development tasks for customer requirements and internal projects
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Creating unit tests and automated end-to-end tests
- Using source control to manage and maintain code effectively
- Working within an Agile environment and participating in team meetings
- Collaborating with engineers, designers, and product owners
- Contributing across the full software development lifecycle
Essential
- Frontend development experience through a commercial role
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience with a modern frontend framework (React/Angular preferred, but not essential)
- Good understanding of HTML and CSS / SCSS
- Willingness to learn backend development
- Ability to independently problem solve, but also the temperament to work collaboratively within a team
Desirable
- Experience with React/Angular
- Experience with C# or backend development
- A relevant degree
- Full, clean driving licence
- Experience with agile development methodologies

This role will require you to work on a hybrid basis 3 days per week in the office in Stonehouse so you must be commuting distance from that location.
