We are looking for a highly motivated Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a British owned, family run company founded in 1990. This role is based in Mid Wales and offers excellent opportunities for career development and progression.
As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for plant reliability, planned and reactive maintenance and continuous improvement while ensuring Health and Safety compliance. You will be part of a team focused on resolving plant issues and breakdowns and developing the plant operationally. This position is ideally suited to a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking to take the next step in their career, with the potential to progress. You will bring technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach to every task.
Responsibilities
- Maintains plant reliability through planned and reactive maintenance and continuous improvement while ensuring Health and Safety compliance.
- Resolves plant issues and breakdowns and contributes to operational development of the plant.
- Demonstrates sound health and safety practices and maintains accurate records to support project delivery on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- HNC in Engineering / NVQ 3
- Experience in fast paced manufacturing environments
- Strong problem solving skills
- Lean/TPM experience preferable
- PLC experience
