The Position

We are looking to recruit a Part Time Office and Finance Assistant (20 hours per week). The successful candidate will be based in our Sunderland Head Office.

The role and responsibilities of the Office and Finance assistant will consist of but will not be limited to.

·Cash Flow Statements

·Purchase Ledger Administration

·Credit Card Reconciliation

·Month End Reconciliation

·Debtors Ledger Administration

The Person

·Innovative approach and positive attitude

·Good levels of written and verbal communication

·Strong IT skills, with confidence in Microsoft packages; specifically, Word and Excel.

·Ability to work autonomously and flexibly, as required.

·Knowledge of JDE ERP system would be desirable, although full training can be given.
