  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build positive relationships by interacting professionally with colleagues, managers, and customers.
  • Work as part of a flexible, supportive team and help with a range of tasks that keep the business unit and wider business running smoothly.
  • Answer telephone calls and direct callers to the right person or team.
  • Respond to emails in a timely, helpful, and professional way.
  • Maintain accurate, organised, and easy-to-use filing systems.
  • Work towards your Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship with support along the way.
  • Use our computer systems to input data and create, update, and maintain records
  • Get involved in other reasonable tasks that help you broaden your experience and develop new skills.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Some previous administration experience would be helpful, but it is not essential — enthusiasm and willingness to learn are just as important.
  • Ideally, GCSE Grade C/4 in both English and Maths, Functional Skills Level 2, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook, or a willingness to develop these skills.
  • A positive approach to building effective working relationships.
  • Good communication skills, curiosity, and a practical approach to solving problems.
  • Other Requirements
  • You must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
  • A full UK driving licence would be desirable but is not essential.
