We are looking for a Production Operative to join the UK’s leading ground engineering and geotechnical contractor. You will help produce concrete piles and beams, ensuring high-quality standards. This role suits someone hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong focus on health and safety. Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a team to produce concrete piles and beams.
  • Setting up moulds and pouring and finishing concrete to the required standards.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities to meet the needs of the department.
  • Meeting production targets to ensure efficient processes and prevent unplanned downtime.
  • Being Health and Safety conscious and aware of any impact your actions may have on the environment.
  • Being reliable, dependable, and a good timekeeper.
  • Completing quality inspections to ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Experience working in a production environment.
  • Preferably experienced with operating overhead cranes and forklifts.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to support team goals and shifting priorities.
  • Personable and effective communicator, capable of working well within a team.
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK.

What You’ll Get In Return

  • Hours of work are typically 7:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, however flexibility and weekend work are required.
