Site Supervisor (CFA Piling)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, Site Supervisor to join our Housing Division.

What you'll be doing

  • Co-ordinate works to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Complete and maintain detailed and accurate site reports.
  • Take overall responsibility for health and safety on site.
  • Ensure that near misses, accidents, incidents and other safety concerns are promptly reported at the appropriate level.
  • Conduct daily briefings take place prior to commencing any activity & brief the team on all method statements and risk assessments relating to the project.
  • Monitor and support the high performance of individual team members and maintain high levels of work quality.
  • Conduct self in a way that reflect and promotes the Van Elle company values.

Who we're looking for

  • Experienced professionals with previous experience in CFA Piling.
  • Site Supervisor’s Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) or Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification.
  • Experience in operating Soilmec piling rigs.
  • Proven relevant experience in construction, as well as appropriate health and safety training
  • Strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business.
  • Proven experience of working to tight deadlines with an ability to prioritise
  • Flexibility to travel around the UK and hold a full, clean driving license that is valid in the UK.
