We are looking for a Production Operative to join the UK’s leading ground engineering and geotechnical contractor. You will help produce concrete piles and beams, ensuring high-quality standards. This role suits someone hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong focus on health and safety. What you’ll be doing:
- Working as part of a team to produce concrete piles and beams.
- Setting up moulds and pouring and finishing concrete to the required standards.
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities to meet the needs of the department.
- Meeting production targets to ensure efficient processes and prevent unplanned downtime.
- Being Health and Safety conscious and aware of any impact your actions may have on the environment.
- Being reliable, dependable, and a good timekeeper.
- Completing quality inspections to ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
Who we’re looking for:
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Experience working in a production environment.
- Preferably experienced with operating overhead cranes and forklifts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to support team goals and shifting priorities.
- Personable and effective communicator, capable of working well within a team.
- Eligible to live and work in the UK.
