Company Background: Skiddle was born in 2001 as a what's on guide and began selling tickets in 2006 and is now one of the UK's most loved ticketing services selling tickets for hundreds of thousands of events throughout the UK.
Role Summary: This is largely a role where you will be constantly liaising with some of Skiddle's developing accounts across the country â ranging from food and drink festivals, comedy events through to family attractions. You will spend a lot of time in meetings, on the phone and visiting clients. It is a fullâtime position, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to put in extra hours when deadlines loom or large accounts need attention. The role is sociable, involving hospitality and making clients feel valued through the continued use of Skiddle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of development accounts, driving growth and account progression.
- Leverage industry contacts to identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Advise clients on effective strategies to increase ticket sales and maximise event exposure in line with growth KPIs.
- Attend and actively contribute to client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across a range of disciplines.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of service and organisation in line with Skiddle's expectations.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and performance targets.

Our ideal candidate will have a background working in the ticketing or events industry. You'll understand the events climate inside out and be able to translate that passion into a business benefit. We seek an extremely organised individual who possesses a high level of communication both internally and externally, with a desire to achieve, no matter how challenging the request, coupled with understanding and compassion. Academic qualifications are valued but not vital. Above all, you must be able to demonstrate a clear frontline passion for events.
