Van der Valk Solar Systems UK is expanding and is looking for a full time Sales Administrator. Someone who is sales-oriented but also enjoys supporting our Account Managers with administrative and technical tasks, is what we’re looking for! Are you ready for a new challenging job?

Working in a dedicated English based team and alongside the Dutch head office; the successful candidate will be responsible for helping our existing customers in the UK. Keeping the service level as high as possible and improve where necessary by listening to our valued customer base.

What you’ll do

  • Acting as the first point of contact for UK customers via phone and email.
  • Assisting Account Managers with order processing, quotations, technical calculations, and logistical coordination.
  • Designing solar projects using our specialised software.
  • Suggesting process improvements for internal workflows and software tools.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues in the Netherlands on complex projects and stock deliveries.
