Van de Beeten Grondstoffen en Recycling is een familiebedrijf met een sterke positie in de recycling van minerale bouwstoffen. Vanuit onze locatie in Oosterhout verwerken wij grote volumes betonpuin, zand en granulaten tot hoogwaardige grondstoffen voor de beton- en wegenbouw. Met onze moderne natte classificeerinstallatie zetten wij vol in op kwaliteit, circulariteit en continuïteit.
Als Operator Natte Classificeerinstallatie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks bedienen van de installatie. Jij zorgt dat het proces stabiel draait en dat de geproduceerde fracties voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen.
- Bedienen, instellen en controleren van de classificeerinstallatie
- Bewaken van procesparameters, scheidingen en productkwaliteit
- Signalen en verhelpen van storingen
- Uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud en schoonmaak
- Afstemmen met shovel- en kraanmachinisten
- Vastleggen van procesgegevens
- Meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisatie
Je werkt in een klein team en hebt een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse productie.
Wat vragen wij van jou?
- MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur technisch
- Ervaring als operator in recycling, grondstoffen en procesindustrie is een pré
- Affiniteit met installaties, pompen, zeven en transportbanden
- Praktische instelling en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- Bereidheid om buiten te werken
- Veilig en nauwkeurig kunnen werken
- Ervaring met natte installaties is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
