Van de Beeten® is per direct op zoek naar een Calculator/Werkvoorbereider Wonen en Recreatie voor 32-40 uur in de week.
Wat ga je doen? Als Calculator/Werkvoorbereider speel je een sleutelrol in de fundering van onze projecten voor de pijler Wonen en Recreatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles klopt; van de eerste calculatie tot de projectplanning.
- Contact en controle: Je onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers, schuift aan bij bouwvergaderingen en bewaakt de veiligheid en milieuwetgeving.
- Bereken en bouw: Je stelt calculaties op en onderhandelt met leveranciers om de beste deals te sluiten voor materialen en diensten.
- Slimme strategieën: Jij bedenkt de meest efficiënte werkmethoden en zet alles op scherp om onze projecten soepel te laten verlopen.
- Teamwork: Samen met de projectleider en uitvoerder vorm je een hecht team dat projecten binnen planning en budget tot een succes maakt.
Wie ben jij? We zoeken iemand die stevig in zijn schoenen staat en weet wat er nodig is om een project te laten slagen.
- Opleiding: Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in civiele techniek, GWW of een vergelijkbare richting.
- Ervaring: Je hebt 3+ jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie en weet precies hoe alles in elkaar steekt.
- Skills: Je bent zorgvuldig, ondernemend, zelfstandig en een echte teamspeler. Problemen? Jij ziet kansen en denkt in oplossingen.
- Drive: Je houdt van aanpakken, werkt graag in een klein team en gaat vol energie elke uitdaging aan.
