We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the High Jewelry Product Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting critical product flows for marketing activities and vital tools that empower our boutiques and sales teams. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Stock Management For Marketing Initiatives: Liaise with boutiques and regional teams to coordinate, monitor, and follow up on all availability requests and transfers related to client presentations, events, press shoots, product circulation & international rotations. Monitor stock levels in collaboration with Product Managers to ensure in‑store stock aligns with the regional allocation strategy.
  • Marketing, Training & Sales Tools Development: Regularly update the Local Product Library Tool. Liaise with regional contacts to gather product information for product sheets when unavailable on the intranet. Conduct research and prepare material for product trainings. Support the preparation of important VIP client presentations by gathering information and visual assets. Coordinate the printing and shipment of training books to boutiques. Ensure accurate follow‑up on all client certificate requests for sold pieces and special orders. Contribute to the internal Newsletter.
  • General Marketing & Communications Support: Provide flexible support to the Marketing & Communications Teams as needed, adapting to project requirements and overall workload.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Prior experience in a similar role or field within the luxury industry would be an asset.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and go the extra mile.
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.
