What are we expecting from you?

  • Ensure the right application of gifting guidelines seasonal and relational, escalate local needs and coordinate forecasting management.
  • Manage local sourcing in accordance with HQ guidelines.
  • Manage the end-to-end operational deployment of seasonal gifting campaigns across the boutiques, managing suppliers and vendors throughout the gifting process and analyse the results to improve return on investment.
  • Ensure alignment of boutique client gifting plans are in line with the strategic plan and objectives of the market.
  • Deploy gifting guidelines, coordinate orders and local sourcing when necessary.

Client Gifting and Management

  • Ensure the right application of gifting guidelines seasonal and relational, escalate local needs and coordinate forecasting management.
  • Manage local sourcing in accordance with HQ guidelines.
  • Manage the end-to-end operational deployment of seasonal gifting campaigns across the boutiques, managing suppliers and vendors throughout the gifting process and analyse the results to improve return on investment.
  • Ensure alignment of boutique client gifting plans are in line with the strategic plan and objectives of the market.
  • Deploy gifting guidelines, coordinate orders and local sourcing when necessary.

Coordinate in the deployment of the Client Experience and Treatment strategy

  • Define local treatment planning in line with the strategic plan guidelines and local objectives, in collaboration with local counterparts.
  • Support boutiques in their daily challenges regarding client experience.
  • For in-boutique and ad-hoc treatment, support the boutique in the design, implementation and execution of the 1 to 1 treatment either in boutique or external activation.
  • Build external partnerships & vendors to improve treatment levels and monitor competition.
  • Prepare and coordinate the local client animations with event team.

Client Satisfaction monitoring

  • Monitor & follow-up Medallia results with boutiques, as well as Mystery Shopping (with Retail Expertise team).
  • Coordinate response (close the loop) where necessary, across all channels.
  • Work with Training to tackle identified pain points.

Ensure the planning and monitoring of the client Experience activity

  • Structure and follow-up A&P and S&D budget according to the local plan across gifting and client experience treatments.
  • Provide consolidated reporting on the local client treatment activity over the year (best practice reports, client satisfaction follow-up, client experience).
