Responsibilities
- Assisting Sales Associates during the selling ceremony and presentation
- Processing the sale, including payment procedures and gift wrapping
- Supporting the sales team in their daily clientelling activities
- Acting as a true brand ambassador for the Maison and upholding the in-store client journey
- Ensuring development of knowledge and skills through self-training
- Reviewing and implementing efficiencies to back-office areas, whilst contributing to a variety of operational tasks and abiding by procedures
- Enhancing expertise of digital tools across sales, CRM, stock, omnichannel and back office
Qualifications / What we are looking for
- Previous experience in retail, particularly in the field of luxury or the service sector (hospitality, tourism)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
- Confident communicator with a passion for personalised customer service
- Strive for excellence and demonstrate a high attention to detail
- Good operational skills and a strong learning agility
- Proactive person with a collaborative team spirit

- Available to work department store retail hours, including weekends
