Responsibilities
- Own the solution: Lead design and delivery of large, complex features from whiteboard through production, often with minimal guidance.
- Be an SME Champion: Guide technical debates, resolve critical defects, and be a go‑to for the team and business.
- Enable your team: Improve efficiency, onboard new members, remove blockers, and break down knowledge silos.
- Mentor and grow: Actively mentor peers, raise coding standards, and improve documentation.
- Shape the bigger picture: Contribute to technical roadmaps, challenge design choices, and collaborate with customers to scope new opportunities.
