As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring impacted teams of our global ERP implementation understand the upcoming changes, feel supported through transition, and are ready for new ways of working. This role is responsible for producing clear and engaging communication, contributing to change management activities, and helping maintain strong links between the programme and business stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Support and maintain communication and engagement plans for change initiatives
- Develop and publish communications including emails, newsletters, slides, intranet content, blog posts, and FAQs
- Contribute to change impact assessments, identifying how changes affect stakeholder groups and tailoring communications accordingly
- Assist with readiness activities, including survey creation, adoption checkpoints, and feedback analysis
- Own and maintain change communication channels (e.g., intranet pages), ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and up to date
Essential Experience Of The Change Analyst:
- Experience in organisational change management, communication, or business transformation projects
- Strong writing and visual communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
- Stakeholder management awareness and confidence working with a range of business partners
- Familiarity with change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) beneficial but not essential
Essential Qualifications For The Change Analyst:
- A project management qualification or certification
This role is 37 hours per week based in Farnborough. Hybrid working patterns are available.
