Role Purpose
In leading on all aspects of technology supporting the people function, this role will act as People Function SME on design of technology solutions to support hiring, onboarding, core HR administration and record-keeping, payroll, reward, talent management, and learning and development.
Key Accountabilities
- Liaise with People Function and Enterprise Services (People Services) leadership to identify issues, select technology solutions, and prioritise development of technology solutions & new processes to be delivered by Central IT function and outsourced partners.
- Lead programme management of HR technology projects through development, testing, and deployment cycles.
- Day to day coordination of central IT resources dedicated to SuccessFactors support.
- Key stakeholder for People Function towards central IT function and SuccessFactors (including SF implementation partners).
Key Capabilities / Knowledge
- Deep expertise in HRIS systems SuccessFactors domain a distinct advantage
- Experience in management of SaaS technology through multi-year cycles
- Commercial understanding to support management of 3rd party vendors
- Business Analyst skillset to document processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Strong business partnering, project/programme management and consultancy skills
- Proven ability to lead or support numerous projects with tight deliverables and high customer expectations
Experience & Qualifications
- HR technology professional with expertise in one or more core domains of HR
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to influence through collaborative behaviours.
