About Vamp
Vamp is a global creator marketing platform and agency on a mission to make creator marketing the most effective and accountable channel for brands. We connect a network of 40,000+ creators with some of the world's most recognised brands across beauty, tech, automotive, FMCG, and lifestyle delivering influencer campaigns that build real audiences, drive meaningful engagement, and convert. We operate globally combining proprietary technology with expert strategy and hands-on campaign management. Our clients include globally recognised brands, like Adobe, Nike, Marks and Spencer, Dyson and Samsung who trust us to deliver best-in-class creator programs at scale.
How we work
We're a hybrid team based out of London, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. We're collaborative by nature, flexible by design, and serious about doing great work.
About the role
Account Managers at Vamp are the connective tissue between client ambition and campaign reality. You own the day-to-day on your accounts, managing execution, building trust, and making sure what we deliver actually moves the needle for the brands we work with. This isn't a coordination role. You'll be expected to think commercially, communicate consultatively, and bring genuine strategic input to every campaign you touch. You understand what clients are trying to achieve at a business level. You think like an operator. You notice where time is being lost, where processes can be tightened, and where a smarter workflow saves hours without sacrificing quality. You move quickly, you document clearly, and you leave every campaign better than you found it. You'll report to the Client Delivery Lead and work closely with our Commercial team, creators, and internal stakeholders across the full campaign lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Client Relationships & Consultation: Own the day-to-day relationship for your accounts. Run kick-off calls, WIPs, and post-campaign reviews with confidence and push back constructively when a brief isn't set up for success. Clients should feel like you're a genuine partner in their results, not just a project manager keeping the lights on.
- Campaign Delivery: Lead end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns from creator onboarding through to content sign-off, reporting, and wrap. You manage timelines, coordinate approvals, and resolve issues before they become client problems.
- Commercial Awareness: Understand the commercial shape of your accounts. Know the scope, the budget, the renewal window and proactively share signals with Sales when you see an upsell opportunity or a retention risk forming. Your accounts should never surprise anyone.
- Performance & Insights: Go beyond the dashboard. Translate campaign data into clear, narrative driven insights that connect results to client objectives. Help clients understand not just what happened, but what it means and what to do next.
- Quality & Brand Alignment: Hold a high bar for every piece of content that goes out under your accounts. Review creator deliverables against brief and brand guidelines, flag issues early, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them without drama.
- Process & Team Contribution: Contribute to playbooks, share learnings across the team, and mentor coordinators as they develop. You're someone who makes the team around you better.
What we're looking for
- 3-5+ years in campaign management, account management, or customer success within influencer marketing, a creator platform, or a social/digital agency.
- A genuine understanding of the creator economy and how brands and creators work together.
- Strong commercial instincts. You understand scope, budget, and what keeps clients renewing.
- A consultative communication style: you ask good questions, give straight answers, and write clearly.
- Calm and solutions-focused under pressure, with the judgment to know when to escalate.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously without losing the detail.
What success looks like
- Campaigns delivered on time and to brief.
- Clients who feel genuinely looked after.
- Risks spotted before they land.
- A Sales team that trusts your read on account health.
- A junior team member who's better at their job because of you.
What We Offer
- A dynamic and collaborative team that values impact over ego.
- Flexible, hybrid working environment.
- Opportunity to shape and scale a core business function.
- Competitive salary and benefits, and real room to grow.
How we work:
How we show up matters as much as what we deliver and that's shaped by five values we actually live by:
- Camaraderie: We win as a team, not as individuals. This role sits inside a collaborative delivery team, and your success is bound up with theirs.
- Curiosity: We seek truth, not validation. We ask hard questions of briefs, data, and ourselves.
- Candor: We say the hard thing early. With clients, with each other, with the work.
- Ownership: You own your accounts, your outcomes, and your growth.
- Momentum: Speed matters. Progress over perfection, always.
