This is a full-time remote role for a Business Broker. The Business Broker will manage business sale transactions, conduct valuations, identify and engage potential buyers, and negotiate terms to maximize client outcomes. The role includes performing market analysis, preparing businesses for sale, structuring deals, and guiding clients through due diligence processes with professionalism and expertise, not limited to sourcing new clients & new buyers.
Qualifications
- Experience is ideal but training can be provided
- Proficiency in Business Brokerage and Brokerage activities
- Strong knowledge of Business Valuation methods and techniques
- Understanding of Finance and related business aspects
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions or business sales processes is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field - OPTIONAL
- Professional certifications in finance or business brokerage are a plus
