Job Description
Job Title: Travel Coordinator or Travel Administrator\\nVamonos Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic tour operator who offer complete travel solutions for group and individual travellers who are looking for a Travel Administrator / Travel Coordinator.\\nDuties:\\nManage day to day bookings and travel arrangemnents, making resrvations including hotels, visitor attractions, travel arrangements, restaurants and guided tours.\\nWorking as part of the operations and reservations team in a fast paced sometimes pressurised environment.\\nEffectively use the system: 'Tourplan' and uploading new products and rate details.\\nEnsuring good oral & written skills are maintained at all times.\\nWorking quickly and accurately, at times under pressure, within acceptable timeframes.\\nMaintain excellent communications at all times with suppliers.\\nWorking closely with the procurement and operations and reservations teams.\\nAttending Familiarisation trips such as show rounds at hotels and tourist attractions.\\nAssisting in both the FIT (individual traveller and Group booking department)\\nQualifications:\\n- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written\\n- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail\\n- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively\\n- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment\\n- Previous experience in Travel, hospitality within procurement, contracting or commercial operation is preferred\\n- If you have worked with TOURPLAN before this will be a huge advantage\\nStrong data input, administration and systems support experience is required.\\nOur client is looking for someone who is passionate about travel, is willing to work as a team and eager to learn.
