Hybrid London Are you a Product Manager, Partnerships Manager, Product Negotiator, Contracts Executive, Contract Coordinator, Product Developer or Product Executive looking for a new role in the travel industry? We are working with a fantastic Travel business looking to grow their contracts and product development team. Contracting all things travel related; Hotels, Restaurants, Tourist Attractions, Coach Transportation, Tour Guides and special event tickets. Duties as Product Specialist: Create, maintain and develop relationships with suppliers this can be through the UK, France or Europe (If you speak a second language along side English (Italian or German would be fantastic but not essential) Provide support across the product planning. Research and analyse competitor business plus industry and market trends. Work closely with Sales and Operations assisting with quotes, requests and customer feedback. Improve and develop new and existing tour itineraries and suppliers. Continuously review products on sale. Coordinate with suppliers and the operations team to ensure seamless tour logistics. Monitor product feedback and quality, taking the necessary actions when required. Experience required: Self-motivated Enthusiastic Passion for travel Extensive knowledge of UK , France or EMEA destinations. Must have previous work experience in a tour operator, GTO or DMC planning and organizing trips, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills
