- Regional Representative & Client Development Manager
(m/f/d) .
In this key role, you are responsible for positioning VAMED and WWH within the UK healthcare market, with a strong focus on the NHS and its regional Trusts.
This is not a pure sales role, but a business development and market-shaping position.
Your goal is to build trust, understand client needs, and influence projects at an early stage—particularly by promoting modular construction solutions.
You act as the key link between the NHS market and our internal teams.

What you bring to the table – and how you make us even better
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a comparable business or technical field
- Several years of experience in Business Development, Key Account, Bid or Tender Management
- Experience in UK healthcare, ideally NHS
- Knowledge of construction or modular building is an advantage
- Understanding of procurement processes is beneficial
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Strategic and hands-on mindset
- Ability to translate complex needs into insights
- Strong communication skills
- High ownership and initiative
- Willingness to travel across UK and Ireland
- English fluent, German would be beneficial
