The Senior Global Recruiter is a highly skilled recruiting professional responsible for leading full‑cycle talent acquisition for critical, complex, and high‑impact roles across global business functions. Based in London and operating within a matrixed global organization, this role manages searches spanning North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, ensuring a world‑class candidate and stakeholder experience.
The Global Senior Recruiter partners closely with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition teammates to deliver strategic hiring solutions, talent market insights, and proactive sourcing strategies that support the organization’s evolving workforce needs.
How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities)- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for mid‑senior, senior, and specialized roles across global corporate functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Strategy, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations).
- Manage multiple, concurrent global requisitions with varying levels of complexity and urgency.
- Build tailored sourcing strategies for diverse international talent markets, using advanced sourcing tools and techniques.
- Deliver consistently strong candidate pipelines and ensure high‑quality hiring decisions.
- Act as the primary recruiting advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers across regions.
- Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and recommendations to shape job design, hiring strategies, and workforce planning.
- Guide stakeholders through best‑in‑class recruiting practices, ensuring alignment with global TA standards.
- Create a highly engaging and equitable experience for all candidates, demonstrating professionalism, transparency, and strong communication.
- Ensure efficient, timely processes and provide coaching and feedback to hiring managers to enhance candidate flow and experience.
- Develop and maintain global talent pools for high‑demand capabilities and hard‑to‑fill roles.
- Use data, analytics, and market research to identify sourcing channels and talent hotspots.
- Build proactive pipelines ahead of forecasted hiring needs to reduce time‑to‑fill and strengthen organizational agility.
- Ensure accurate, timely updates and data integrity within ATS and recruitment systems.
- Adhere to compliance requirements across all countries, including equal employment, privacy laws, and internal policies.
- Contribute to process improvements, technology adoption, and global TA initiatives that elevate organizational capability.
- Partner with Employer Branding, HR Business Partners, Compensation, Mobility, and TA Operations to ensure seamless recruitment outcomes.
- Support global recruiting projects and transformation initiatives, contributing expertise and best practices.
- Mentor junior recruiters or recruiting specialists as needed, acting as a subject‑matter expert.
- Partner with global recruiting peers on cross‑regional searches, best practice sharing, and enterprise‑wide TA initiatives.
- Support global corporate function hiring when MEA talent is required or roles are regionally based.
- Participate in global projects related to TA transformation, systems improvement, or strategic priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- The ability to speak Dutch is strongly preferred.
- 5–7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including international or multi‑region scope.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for senior professional and leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of global labor markets, sourcing trends, and competitive talent landscapes.
- Experience working within a matrixed, global organization and partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Advanced sourcing skills, including use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping, and talent intelligence platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and consult at all levels.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and project management capability.
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS) and recruitment analytics.
- Professional Expertise: Demonstrates deep recruiting and sourcing mastery across multiple global markets.
- Consultative Influence: Provides credible, data‑backed recommendations to leaders and hiring managers.
