You’ll play a key role in shaping the roadmap for this high impact initiative, combining customer insight, problem solving, and operational coordination with our internal team and external customers. - Work closely with engineering to scope, build and ship features that unlock customer value and impact
- Align with stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to ensure product market fit
- Partner with our customers and internal teams to understand pain points and opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis, synthesise insights, and validate hypotheses through rapid iteration
- Use data (quantitative + qualitative) to drive decision making and prioritisation
- Maintain a well refined, prioritised product backlog and run effective agile ceremonies
- Write clear Epiqs and user stories for development teams
- Lead demos and gather feedback from cross functional stakeholders
- Ensure smooth releases with effective internal and external coordination and concise release notes
- Define success metrics and track adoption, usage and business Value/impact
- Explore new feature opportunities to expand reach and value
- Continuously optimise for performance, scalability, and user experience
Which skills/traits contribute to your success?
- You’ve built and shipped products or integrations in the Sales and Marketing arena or listings technology
- You understand how platforms like Google Business Profile, Apple Maps or Bing Places work (bonus if you’ve built for or integrated with them)
- You’re customer obsessed and confident leading user discovery, with your own toolkit of methods
- You thrive in ambiguity and take ownership from problem to solution
- You’re commercially minded and understand how product drives growth
- You communicate clearly and collaborate well across disciplines
- You’re data literate and know how to test, measure and iterate
What we want you to bring:
