What are we looking for: An enthusiastic Italian speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to become a vital part of our growing team.
Experience: Entry to Mid-Level Availability: Full-time Job Function: Sales Development Representative Salary: 18,000 – 35,000 EUR Base + Commission
Your Responsibilities:
- You identify and develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media
- You qualify potential customers and schedule meetings for our sales team – focusing on companies in the financial services sector
- You conduct targeted research on potential clients, especially in the areas of tax advisory, auditing, accounting, and banking
- You carefully maintain our CRM database with all relevant lead and prospect information
- You track your own KPIs and actively contribute to achieving team goals
Requirements
What you need:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer support, ideally in a B2B environment
- Interest in financial services and familiarity with SaaS solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Italian; additional European languages are a plus
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- A proactive mindset – able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- A positive attitude and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
