We are working with one of our key Medical Aesthetic clients. Due to expansion in the UK they are now looking for an ambitious and driven Territory Manager to join their team. They are on look out for a high energy and self-motivated individual who thrives in the fast-paced aesthetic market.
As an ambassador for the company, your role will involve developing new business across your territory, nurturing ongoing relationships and increasing product usage.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute and impact the development, growth, and success of the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage current customer base whilst proactively identifying new business opportunities – growth trends, customers, products, and services.
- Develop and implement business plan.
- Achieve or exceed sales and KPI’s for territory.
- Meet with customers, face to face, phone, email, screen share.
- Understand the needs of your customers to enhance all business opportunities.
- Have a good understanding of the businesses' products and services and be able to advise others about them.
Key requirements:
- Able to manage their own schedule and plan accordingly.
- Sales experience within in the medical aesthetic industry (ideally injectables), dermatology or skincare.
- Exhibit a deep entrepreneurial spirit with unique relationship and communication skills.
