What you'll do day to day

The service department is a key area of our business which is vital to our success.

As one of our Service Advisor apprentices, you would play a key role in maximising our customer's experience which in turn, will encourage their continued loyalty.

This is a varied role where you will work with all departments, bringing a friendly and energetic approach to your daily work.

Every day is different within our Service Department, so you will have a varied role.

Customer service: Arranging bookings and appointments, interacting with customers face-to-face and on the phone.

You will need to positively engage our customers during the time their vehicle is with us.

  • Administration: Completing relevant paperwork for customer service and centre records.

You'll also need to prepare invoices and process warranty claims - don't worry, we'll train you on all of these!

  • Working in a team: Working with all relevant departments including workshop and management to deliver an amazing customer experience.
  • Upselling: Promoting the sale of accessories and service plans - again, we'll teach you how to do this.

Training Provided

Training will be delivered using a combination of virtual classroom remote learning and
face-to-face block release weeks at our state-of-the-art training centres.

Our expert trainers will guide you through the training programme using a combination of e-learning, classroom learning and practical application.

In the workplace, your personal, dedicated mentor will support your continued learning as you apply the skills and knowledge you have gained through the remote sessions and at the National Learning Centre.

  • Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard
