Role Overview:

Hands-on Lead Data Tester with London Market Reinsurance testing experience, responsible for data investigation, profiling, reconciliation testing, data validation, and root cause analysis across multiple integrated systems.

  • SQL queries and understanding
  • ETL Data Testing
  • Onshore offshore model
  • Client stakeholder management

Must Have:

  • London Market Reinsurance testing experience (contracts, bordereaux, data mapping, regulations)
  • Strong data migration and reconciliation testing experience
  • Expertise in large transformation programmes with multiple system integrations
  • Strong understanding of insurance data, data flows, and data quality checks
  • Experience in functional & non-functional testing (large datasets)
  • Ability to generate reports using SQL / Power BI / reporting tools

Should Have:

  • Strong backend/data testing skills (SQL, data profiling)
  • Experience in test design, execution, defect management, and reporting
  • Ability to manage test data and work independently
  • Proactive stakeholder communication and risk escalation
