Role Overview
We are looking for a Delivery Manager with experience primarily in IT services or service-based companies, supporting clients in the London Market and Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have strong delivery management skills, client engagement experience, and the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into potential technology solutions and business opportunities handling Data programs ( Databricks or snowflake)
Key Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of data and technology projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and business objectives.

Support RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information), including requirement analysis, solution discussions, and proposal preparation.

Participate in client discussions to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and recommend suitable solutions.

Work closely with technical teams to define solution approaches and ensure successful project delivery.

Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams, managing dependencies, priorities, risks, and delivery timelines.

Engage with stakeholders to communicate project progress, address delivery challenges, and ensure client satisfaction.

Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements and support new business initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience

Experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Delivery Manager, or in a similar delivery role.

Experience working with IT services or service-based companies, preferably supporting London Market or P&C Insurance clients.

Understanding of the London Market and P&C Insurance domain.

Experience in RFP/RFI activities, client presentations, requirement gathering, and solution discussions.

Ability to understand client challenges and translate business requirements into suitable technology solutions.

Good understanding of data platforms, data engineering, data integration, and data architecture concepts.

Exposure to data technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, DataStage, Ab Initio, or similar data platforms.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and delivery management skills.

Experience managing onsite and offshore teams and coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams
