Job Description:

  • Strong understanding of the mid-market commercial business segment business drivers and capabilities.
  • Knowledge in requirements capture for agent and UW user journeys for pre-packaged and dynamic package policies across workflow, risk intake, pricing etc.
  • Solid experience in working across business and IT stakeholders and ability to work with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to engage technical and non-technical users and drive clarity and consensus through fact-based analysis.

Critical Traits:

  • Experience and knowledge of Commercial lines insurance.
  • Ability to understand what is currently available, supported and not supported and present the same.
  • Perform functional testing of the solution to troubleshoot and identify issues quickly, report to respective stakeholders and track to closure during development and before deployment.
  • Demonstrate the solution, discuss scope changes to determine the impact analysis; engage with UAT users to assist in completing the UAT.
  • Provide detailed walkthroughs of the system requirement, closely work with technical associates on project development activities, review test cases and assist in closing QA cycle, and provide knowledge transfer to other team members.
  • Provide estimates for the activities; as part of change management inform the criticality, impact, risks, and priority.
  • Provide timely walkthroughs of the work items – documentation, configured products, solution; regularly update the complex and challenging scenarios.
