We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who specialises in permanent recruitment to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing the full 360 recruitment process, building long-term client relationships, and delivering high-quality permanent placements across their specialist market.
Responsibilities
- Managing the full permanent recruitment lifecycle from job brief to placement
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proactively sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates
- Advising clients on market trends, salaries, and recruitment strategies
- Consistently delivering against targets and KPIs
- Supporting and mentoring junior consultants where required
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter, specialising in permanent roles
- Strong billing track record in a perm market
- Confident communicator with a consultative approach
- Highly organised, motivated, and commercially minded
- Passionate about delivering an excellent candidate and client experience
