Valued Hire Group is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Hire Desk Manager to take responsibility for running our hire desk and managing a growing team.
- Running the day-to-day hire desk operations
- Creating and managing, supporting & developing the hire desk team
- Plant & equipment hire coordination
- Supplier management & rate negotiation
- Organising deliveries & collections
- Managing on/off-hire dates and ensuring hire records are accurate
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers & site teams
- Ensuring the desk operates efficiently and delivers a high level of customer service
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within plant hire, tool hire or the construction industry
- Has previous experience managing or leading a team
