We are currently looking for a proactive and well-organised Service Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced team. This role would suit someone who enjoys coordinating people, processes, and communication while delivering a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Manage inbound calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide regular job updates and progress reports to customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date system records
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily workloads for engineers
- Book appointments for smaller contracts and ad-hoc works
- Complete helpdesk administrative tasks, including processing orders and spare parts
- Raise purchase orders for suppliers and subcontractors
- Produce accurate invoices for completed works
- Monitor KPIs and support SLA performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar coordination or FM environment is desirable
- Good understanding of scheduling, workflows, and service delivery
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using office systems and scheduling software
- Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
