We are hiring skilled Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers to join a growing, stable company. You will work across commercial sites, data centres, and some retail locations, carrying out service, maintenance, and repairs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Service and maintain cooling systems
  • Work on chillers, CRAC units, AHUs, and pumps
  • Carry out occasional installs and project work
  • Complete reports and liaise with clients
  • Join a 1-in-6 on-call rota

What You Need:

  • Experience in refrigeration & air conditioning
  • F-Gas (C&G 2079) certification
  • NVQ / City & Guilds (preferred)
  • Chiller experience (hydrocarbons a bonus)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Able to work independently

What You’ll Get:

  • £50k-£55k basic + £65k-£75k OTE
