About the Role
We’re looking for Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers to join a growing team across the South East and London. Whether you’re an experienced engineer or looking to step up into more technical environments, this is a chance to work on a wide range of systems, including high-profile and critical sites like data centres and commercial buildings. You’ll be part of a supportive team where your development is taken seriously, and no two days are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Service, maintenance and repair of refrigeration and cooling systems
- Working on equipment such as chillers, AHUs, CRAC units and pumps
- Occasional install and project work
- Building strong relationships with clients on-site
- Taking part in a 1-in-6 on-call rota (well paid and structured)
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to a range of experience levels. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in refrigeration, air conditioning, or HVAC
- F-Gas certification (or working towards it)
- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Chiller experience
- Formal qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds)
- Experience in critical environments (e.g. data centres)
What You’ll Get
- £50,000–£55,000 basic salary
- £65,000–£75,000 realistic earnings (door-to-door travel paid)

On-call package:
- £150 per week standby
- Minimum 4 hours paid per callout (overtime rate)
