We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing contractor based in Barnet. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated QS with experience in brickwork facades, groundworks, commercial or residential construction to become part of a busy and supportive team. This is a full-time, office-based role with site visits across London and the M25. The Role: * Carrying out take-offs and producing detailed Bills of Quantities. * Measuring and remeasuring works completed on site. * Preparing Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs). * Reviewing contractual documents. * Preparing interim valuations, applications for payment and variations. * Pricing and managing variation orders. * Document control and project administration. * Coordinating materials for live projects. * Negotiating costs and prices with suppliers and subcontractors. * Attending site and client meetings across the M25. About You: * Minimum of 4-5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor. * Experience within brickwork facades, groundworks, commercial or residential construction. * Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Full UK driving licence preferred. What's on Offer: * Salary of £60,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience). * Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. * Office-based in Barnet with local site visits. * Opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work. * Long-term career progression and development.
