Born in Zurich and crafted with Swiss precision, Bear St. Bakery is a celebration of indulgence, nostalgia and timeless baking. This March, we proudly open our first UK store — right here in Bicester Village. We are now inviting passionate, hospitality-driven individuals to join us at our Recruitment Open Day.

Responsibilities
- Leading, motivating, and coaching the team during service
- Supporting the Manager with day-to-day shop operations
- Setting the standard for service, quality, and pace on shift
- Making sure baking and service processes are followed consistently
- Training team members on drinks, service, and customer experience
- Giving feedback, building confidence, and helping the team improve
- Ensuring health & safety standards are always met
- Opening and closing duties, Ordering, monthly stock take and deliveries
Qualifications
- A people-first leader with hospitality experience
- Confident leading and coaching others
- Calm, organised, and reliable on the floor
- Someone who values simplicity, consistency, and great service
- Supervisor or senior team member experience preferred
