What you’ll be doing: Building strong relationships with schools and education professionals across Greater Manchester. Learning how to manage the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing candidates to placing them in roles. Gaining in-depth knowledge of the education sector and compliance requirements. Growing and managing your own desk with support from experienced recruiters. Working towards and achieving monthly and quarterly targets. What we’re looking for: A confident communicator with excellent people skills. Highly motivated, resilient, and eager to learn. Organised with great attention to detail.
