DT Teacher  Stockport £140-£205 day rate depdning on experinace  Febuary 2025- Ongoing  About the role We are seeking a DT Teacher (Design & Technology Teacher) to join one of our client schools in the Stockport area. The desired DT Teacher will be working with students with a wide range of abilities and levels, working across keys stage 3 and key stage 4. Experience of teaching a number of DT disciplines would be hugely advantageous. The school is seen as a pillar in the local community and consistently excells with Ofsted The role of a DT teacher  Plan GCSE DT lessons that are engaging and adapt to various abilities Strong knowledge of the curriculum Use strong de-escalation strategies to keep the students engaged Ability to effectively develop the confidence and social skills of pupils Requirements for DT TEACEHR Qualified Teacher Status Degree in Physical edeucation  Experience delivering GCSE DT lessons at Secondary Level Strong subject knowledge Ability to effectively develop the confidence and social skills of pupils An understanding of working with students with SEN and SEMH needs An understanding of pupils’ behaviour patterns when experiencing complex needs If you are interested in this DT Teacher position, please click 'apply now' and forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
