At Value Education, we offer fantastic opportunities in education, whether short-term or long-term. We are looking for passionate cover supervisors who may have experience working in secondary schools in Stockport and South Manchester.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a classroom and behaviour
- Supervising pupils with pre-planned work
- Ensuring pupils stay on task and are engaged
We are also seeking individuals who have previously worked with children in support roles, sports coaching, or tutoring.
A successful Cover Supervisor will:
- Have experience working as a cover supervisor (beneficial but not essential)
- Have worked with children before, e.g., support worker, sports coach, tutor
- Be confident in managing a classroom
- Be inspired to help students learn in new and exciting ways
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to commute to Stockport
