As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with school leaders and educators.
- Source, interview, and match candidates to teaching and support staff roles.
- Support the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to successful placement.
- Manage candidate databases and update information accurately.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to both candidates and clients.
- Work to individual and team targets in a supportive, high-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
