Level 3 Teaching Assistant Mainstream School
Location: Blackburn, Lancashire, UK
Pay: £95 - £105 per day
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only

About the role
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across Blackburn. Assignments range from day-to-day cover to longer-term placements, providing you with the freedom to choose when and where you work.
A Teaching Assistant's Responsibilities:
- Supporting the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons
- Supporting children on a group and 1-1 basis
- Leading interventions and occasional class cover
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Follow school policies and ensure continuity of learning
- Collaborate with school staff and contribute to a supportive team culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience supporting children with additional needs
- Minimum 6 months recent experience working as a TA in a UK primary school setting
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
