Value Education are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Teaching Assistant to work at a Primary school in the Manchester area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and be committed to helping each child in the most effective way depending on the individual needs.
Teaching Assistant duties:
- Assisting the Class Teacher in preparing work for the lesson ahead
- Ensuring the classroom is a tidy and safe environment for the children
- Assisting with group activities
- Working with children on a 1:1 and group basis
Teaching Assistant requirements:
- Previous experience working with children
- Teaching Assistant level 2 qualification is beneficial but not essential
- Confident in communicating with parents, pupils and members of staff
