Value Education LTD in the Oldham area seeks a dedicated Pastoral Mentor/Head of Year to support students’ social, emotional and academic development in a thriving secondary school.
This role centres on building positive relationships and assisting with behaviour management to help pupils overcome barriers to learning.
You will provide 1:1 and small group mentoring, work with the pastoral team and external agencies, monitor progress and ensure interventions have impact.
