Value Education are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is a caring, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join a specialist school environment where every member of staff plays an important role in helping pupils thrive.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to engage, inspire and motivate young people
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
- The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team
- The flexibility to prioritise workload and respond positively to changing demands
- Good ICT skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
Experience within SEND, SEN or PMLD settings is highly desirable.
We also welcome applications from candidates with health, social care and care backgrounds who have experience supporting individuals with complex needs. Your existing skills could be a fantastic fit for this rewarding role!
