The role involves:
- Building relationships with primary and secondary schools (working hours – 7:30AM – 5:00PM)
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing teachers and support staff
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from first call to placement
- Developing your own client base and candidate network
- Working towards individual revenue targets
- Delivering a high level of service in a fast-moving environment
What we’re looking for:
- Ambitious and competitive individuals

- Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle
