Our client schools across Bury and surrounding areas are seeking a passionate and skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA3) to join their school for the new academic year. Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA3) responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons
- Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, including those with SEND
- Lead intervention and enrichment activities to boost pupil progress
- Assist with classroom management, resource preparation, and displays
- Supervise pupils during break times, trips, and extracurricular activities
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a school setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible, proactive, and committed to supporting children’s learning
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
